This surprisingly effective form of therapy has given me a better life with less anxiety and less need for control and has quite frankly saved my marriage! It was an extremely important and nice conversation I had with Liv på Länka. It is difficult to put into words. It was words but above all a profound experience. I have experienced much less anxiety, linked to somehow managing, within me, various conflicting emotions, which I valued and analyzed. I feel like I'm more genuine. I have visited Länka Retreats a few times and am equally impressed each time by the peaceful and beautiful environment that creates a pleasant atmosphere of relaxation and recovery. The proximity to forest and nature also makes it easier to focus and be present.
